When marketing to property managers one services that does not come up often in educating them is Fire Damage. That's because fire damage is not as common as water damages and mold damages. This apartment caught fire when the microwave burst into flames while in operation. Luckily no one was hurt and the tenant was able to put the flames out. SERVPRO of Ocala was called out to begin the clean up and deodorizing. The after photo shows the kitchen cabinets being installed. The crew moved fast and turned over the apartment in order to get the tenants back in and safe. They were very thankful for the fast response.
